Polagra 2025 proudly announces a partnership with Paweł Gruba – an industry expert and promoter of innovation in gastronomy. The result is a brand-new horeca event zone featuring expert debates, hands-on workshops, and inspiring guests from across the sector.
We are pleased to announce that Polagra Trade Fair is launching a collaboration with Paweł Gruba – a well-known hospitality manager, media personality, and advocate for innovative solutions in the horeca industry. The result of this partnership is a brand-new, dynamic event space: POLAGRA horeca by Paweł Gruba, which will debut at the upcoming 2025 edition of the fair.
Paweł Gruba – an experienced industry expert
Paweł Gruba is a highly recognized figure in the world of gastronomy. Widely known to the public as the manager of the Hell’s Kitchen TV show, his professional experience goes far beyond the screen. With years of hands-on expertise gained in both Poland and abroad, he is now actively supporting the hospitality sector as co-owner of V4B External Manager and as an expert at the Academy of Flavour Masters by Belvedere.
Paweł is also the creator of the YouTube series “GRUBE ROZMOWY” (“Gruba's Talks”), where he features engaging interviews with leaders and innovators from the HoReCa sector. His content offers a behind-the-scenes look at the industry and promotes best practices, modern approaches to kitchen management, and restaurant operations. He is also active on TikTok and Instagram, where he shares tips, knowledge, and insights in an accessible and engaging format.
POLAGRA horeca by Paweł Gruba – a new space for professionals
As part of the collaboration with Polagra 2025, a brand-new area dedicated to the HoReCa industry will be launched – POLAGRA HoReCa by Paweł Gruba. This space will become a hub of inspiration, knowledge sharing, and networking for professionals, influencers, and enthusiasts alike.
The program of the new zone will include:
