Polagra 2025: three days full of inspiration, knowledge and flavors
The jubilee edition of the Polagra fair proved that this event is not only the largest meeting space in Poland for the food and HoReCa sectors, but also a hub of intensive knowledge exchange and inspiration. At the Poznań International Fair halls, producers, distributors, experts, and industry enthusiasts came together.
Debates and industry education
A strong highlight of this year’s Polagra were the in-depth discussions on the key challenges facing the industry. On stage, experts talked about sustainable development, exports, food waste reduction and the deposit return system. The presence of business leaders, industry organizations and public administration representatives turned these into substantive meetings with the potential to truly shape the sector’s future.
An important addition to the program were also legal trainings and workshops, where participants could deepen their knowledge on issues such as regulations on food advertising and labeling, management of commercial contracts, protection against unfair practices, and strategies for regaining profitability.

Inspiration from the HoReCa Stage
The HoReCa Stage attracted huge interest, becoming a space for sharing experiences among professionals from the gastronomy sector. Experts and entrepreneurs discussed the power of influencers in gastronomy, culinary storytelling, and how to create a unique guest experience in restaurants. The debates and presentations proved that innovation in marketing and the skillful creation of emotions around food are becoming just as important as the product itself.

New opportunities and connections
Polagra 2025 was also about business meetings and networking, which—alongside the exhibition—are one of the pillars of the event. Many participants emphasized that it is the conversations, relationship building, and the chance to plan cooperation that bring the greatest value to the fair. Polagra was a space where knowledge met practice, and inspiration turned into concrete ideas for the growth of companies and projects.

The last day of Polagra was also the opening day of the “Tastes of Regions” fair – a unique showcase of local and traditional products from across the country. For years, this event has attracted crowds of visitors eager to try authentic flavors, discover regional recipes, and meet producers dedicated to preserving Poland’s culinary heritage.
Thank you for being with us. SEE YOU NEXT YEAR: September 23–25, 2026 in Poznań!
