Poland - The Orchard of Europe
Poland has long been the largest apple producer in Europe and ranks among the world’s leading exporters.
For years, Poland has been the largest apple producer in Europe and ranks among the world’s leading exporters. Our fruit reaches dozens of international markets, winning recognition thanks to its outstanding quality and diverse varieties. Even more encouraging, after several years of decline, spring 2025 brought a clear breakthrough: in just May and June, 2.4 million new consumers reached for apples. This is a highly optimistic signal for the entire industry, proving that the strength of Polish orcharding lies not only in volume, but also in bringing apples back as an essential, everyday snack.
But this success is not just about big corporations. It is, above all, the work of passionate people – growers and entrepreneurs who dare to combine tradition with fresh ideas. Very often, they are the true driving force behind change.
Kamila Jankowska – passion rooted in tradition
Orcharding in Poland is full of people who treat their work not only as production, but also as a mission. They care deeply about what ends up on consumers’ tables. One of these inspiring figures is Kamila Jankowska, whose journey proves that tradition and modernity can walk hand in hand.

For over 20 years, together with her husband, she has traveled the world in search of unique apple tree varieties. Each one is carefully tested in Polish climatic conditions before entering production and reaching orchards across the country. This consistency and dedication to quality allow Polish orchards to grow fruit that meets the highest market standards.
As Kamila herself says, she loves walking through her clients’ orchards, proudly observing trees heavy with fruit from the varieties she helped introduce.
Beyond her orchards, Kamila is also an educator and advocate. Through her YouTube channel, she visits growers, shares insights, organizes trainings, and nurtures a strong community spirit. Her mission is simple yet powerful: to deliver delicious, crunchy apples that win over the younger generation and make the apple once again a symbol of everyday joy.

SnapDragon – an apple with exceptional potential
Among the varieties Kamila brought to Poland, one stands out: SnapDragon. First discovered in orchards in Washington State, USA, it immediately impressed with its crisp texture, juiciness, and natural sweetness.
After years of trials in Polish conditions, SnapDragon proved to adapt perfectly to local orchards and match consumer expectations. Its strengths are clear:
-
Balanced flavor – a mix of expressive sweetness and delicate acidity,
-
Excellent texture – firm, crunchy, and juicy at the same time,
-
Versatility – perfect as a snack, in the kitchen, or for processing.
SnapDragon is not just another variety. It is a fruit that delivers satisfaction with every bite and has the potential to become a pillar of modern Polish orcharding.
To complement the variety, a new product was created: carbonated apple juice in a can. Refreshing, natural, and free of additives, it showcases that behind SnapDragon lies not only an outstanding apple, but also an openness to creative product development.
