The Master Class Show is back
During POLAGRA 2021, culinary workshops will be conducted by outstanding chefs, including the winners of the Polish Culinary Cup.
The project was launched in 2015 and has always enjoyed great interest among trade fair visitors. It is hardly surprising - excellent chefs performed in a specially arranged culinary space, incl. Ernest Jagodziński, Michał Kuter, Tomasz Grabski, Grzegorz Labuda and Aleksandra Sowa together with Paweł Małecki, Sebastian Krauzowich, Józef Sadkiewicz, Jarosław and Grażyna Uściński, as well as Sebastian Frank, juror in the finals of the Polish Culinary Cup 2015, with a Michelin-starred HORVÁTH restaurant in Berlin .
After several editions of the break, the project returns to the POLAGRA fair. During this year's edition of the Master Class Show, the following chefs ans experts will share their knowledge and experience:
- Paweł Salamon - chef at Mierzęcin Palace, winner of the Polish Culinary Cup 2016,
- Bartosz Fabiś and Michał Kozłowski from the Sarbinowska Restaurant, winners of the Polish Culinary Cup 2019,
- Adam Adamczak from Concordia Taste, TOP CHEF finalist,
- Józef Sadkiewicz - practitioner and expert in the cereal-milling-bakery and culinary industry, founder of the Sadkiewicz Institute of the CPKZ.
