Wiesheu will also present its flagship ovens, including the Dibas Blue2 with automatically retractable doors, the efficient and economical Dibas Smart, the high-performance E3 oven, and the popular Minimat baking station.

A special highlight will be the debut of a brand-new innovation – the combination of both companies’ technologies in one baking station: the Dibas Piccolo, a result of collaboration between Wiesheu and Wachtel. This solution combines the best of both worlds: traditional and modern baking, using both convection and deck oven technology. The Dibas Piccolo allows for up to four ovens to be combined in a single baking station.

In addition, the booth will feature Atollspeed hybrid ovens, an excellent solution for foodservice and convenience retail, including petrol stations. By combining microwave and impingement technology, these ovens allow you to quickly prepare hot snacks such as pizza, hot dogs, panini, and much more. They also replace multiple separate appliances, saving valuable space. With Atollspeed, you can grill, bake, toast, and even fry.
