Golden Medals 2025 have been awarded! The prizes will be officially presented on the first day of the fair, September 24, during the POLAGRA opening ceremony. In the meantime, we encourage you to discover these exceptional products and vote in the Golden Medal Consumer’s Choice Award. Voting is open until September 21, midnight.
We already know the winners of the Golden Medal 2025 at the POLAGRA trade fair. The Competition Jury has granted 17 distinctions for products presented in the Food Salon and 4 distinctions in the Foodtech Salon.
Now the winners are competing for votes in the Golden Medal Consumer’s Choice Award.
Voting closes on Sunday, September 21 at 11:59 PM.
The results will be announced on the first day of the fair, Wednesday, September 24 at 1:00 PM on the Main Stage in Lipowa Avenue, connecting pavilions 7, 8, 7A, and 8A.
SOUR RYE SOUP AND BORSZT MANUFACTURER
Pickled Red Beetroot Soup (BARSZCZ CZERWONY PISZONY) is a product made from fresh beets, Polish garlic, and Kłodawa salt, fermented over several days.
