Master Baker competition
Baking masters will show their skills at POLAGRA.
The Master Baker competition is an opportunity for all baking enthusiasts from all over Poland:
- professional bakers (masters, journeymen and people who run or work in bakeries as a baker or assistant),
- amateurs (so-called home bakers, as well as confectioners and cooks),
- Rural Housewives' Clubs,
- students from food schools to demonstrate your talent and win cash prizes.
The main goal of Master Baker is, above all, to stop the decline in the consumption of bread in Poland, as well as to increase awareness of its choice, so that consumers are not guided by the price of baked goods, but by its quality and health benefits,
Master Baker Competition Finals Schedule
All the following events will take place in pavilion 5 of the Poznań International Fair, stand No. 132 in the competition area.
Competitors will receive their own program by e-mail as they have different admission times to prepare for the final.
