Italian flavours and tradition at POLAGRA! This September, the heart of the Apennine Peninsula will beat in Poznań. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore a dedicated business and sourcing area focused entirely on authentic Italian products and producers. It is the perfect place to discover unique culinary specialties from Italy and establish valuable business partnerships and commercial agreements.

The love of Polish consumers for Italian cuisine shows no signs of slowing down. Pizza, pasta, cheese, olive oil, coffee and confectionery products have long been among the most popular food categories in Poland. Italian brands are synonymous with quality, authenticity and culinary tradition, which is why this year's edition of POLAGRA will feature, for the first time on such a large scale, the Italian Pavilion – a dedicated space showcasing Italian producers and their products.

More than 50 exhibitors, over 1,000 products sourced directly from producers, and a rich selection of products protected by European quality schemes and connected to regions recognized as UNESCO World Heritage sites – all this awaits visitors to POLAGRA 2026.

Italy is one of the world's leading exporters of food and beverages. In 2025, the value of Italian agri-food exports reached a record level of approximately €73 billion, further confirming the global strength of the "Made in Italy" brand. Moreover, Poland is one of the fastest-growing markets for Italian food products, with sales growth among the highest in Europe in recent years.

Trade figures confirm this trend. In 2024, the value of agri-food imports from Italy to Poland amounted to approximately €1.9 billion. Among the most frequently imported products were coffee, pasta and cereal-based products, cheeses, confectionery, olive oils and many other staples of Italian cuisine.

The Italian Pavilion at POLAGRA will offer an opportunity to discover not only the most renowned Italian specialties, but also regional, artisanal and premium products, many of which are still not widely available on the Polish market. For buyers, importers, distributors, retail chains and HoReCa professionals, it will provide a unique opportunity to meet producers directly and establish valuable business relationships.

Tradition, quality and authenticity – the hallmarks of Italian cuisine – will come together in one place. From aromatic cheeses and cured meats, through olive oils, pasta and regional specialties, to products originating from areas associated with UNESCO-recognized heritage.
