We are starting the second day of Polagra: business, flavors, and knowledge in one!

The second day of Polagra begins, filled with expert sessions, inspiring meetings, and culinary excitement. Two stages will host numerous debates and lectures, each offering an opportunity to deepen knowledge and discuss the most important challenges facing the industry.

Today’s spotlight will be on three key topics. The debate “Shared Responsibility – Sustainable Development Throughout the Entire Value Chain” will explore how to build the sector’s future through responsibility and collaboration. Another discussion, “Processing, Quality, and Safety of Fish in Poland”, will address issues of great importance to both consumers and food producers. Meanwhile, the debate “Responsibility, Technology, Logistics – Food Waste Reduction as a New Standard” will highlight how resource management and efficiency are becoming the foundations of a modern economy.

 

At the same time, the HoReCa stage will feature a series of presentations under the headline “Influencer in Gastronomy – Power or Hype?”. This will be a space to discuss the role of social media in the industry, its real impact on consumer choices, and its significance for restaurateurs. The stage will be hosted by Paweł Gruba.

 

The exhibition stands are equally exciting, filled with live cooking demonstrations and tastings. A special attraction will be the Live Cooking Show at the Meat from Poland stand, where chefs will showcase how traditional products can be transformed into modern, flavorful compositions.

The second day of POLAGRA thus combines discussions about the future of the industry with experiences that engage all the senses. This is where new ideas, inspirations, and business relationships are born - shaping the development of the market and leaving a lasting impression on all participants.
