Culinary shows and workshops with the participation of excellent chefs.
The project was launched in 2015 and has always enjoyed great interest among trade fair visitors. It is hardly surprising - outstanding chefs performed in a specially arranged culinary space, incl. Ernest Jagodziński, Michał Kuter, Tomasz Grabski, Grzegorz Labuda and Aleksandra Sowa together with Paweł Małecki, Sebastian Krauzowich, Józef Sadkiewicz, Jarosław and Grażyna Uściński, as well as Sebastian Frank, juror in the finals of the Polish Culinary Cup 2015, with a Michelin-starred restaurant HORVÁTH
After several editions of the break, the project returns to the POLAGRA fair. During this year's edition of the Master Class Show, the following chefs ans experts will share their knowledge and experience:
- Paweł Salamon - chef at Mierzęcin Palace, winner of the Polish Culinary Cup 2016,
- Bartosz Fabiś and Michał Kozłowski from the Sarbinowska Restaurant, winners of the Polish Culinary Cup 2019,
- Adam Adamczak from Concordia Taste, TOP CHEF finalist,
- Józef Sadkiewicz - practitioner and expert in the cereal-milling-bakery and culinary industry, founder of the Sadkiewicz Institute of the CPKZ.
