The "Mechanika Maszyn Kacperek" company is a family business that has been specializing in the production of drives since 1988, mainly worm (angular) gears, gear (linear) gears and screw actuators (lifters). In the years 1982–1989 it produced valves for automatic temperature control in greenhouses, but after observing high market demand, production was changed to worm gears.
What's on offer?
Currently, the offer includes gears, actuators, electric motors, inverters and industrial automation elements, variators, drive elements such as clutches, shafts, wheels and toothed strips, chain and belt wheels, and others. Kacperek also produces spare parts for gears and other drive components.

Thanks to nearly 40 years of experience in the mechanical and electromechanical industry, Kacperek has developed a strong position on the Polish market. Using the acquired knowledge and customer suggestions, it constantly improves its products and expands its production offer with new devices, and its engineering staff provides assistance in solving technical and design problems.
The company has two branches. The first one, in Warsaw's Wola district, houses a sales office and an assembly plant. The second one, in Łomianki, houses the design office, production and warehouses.
Kacperek conducts retail and wholesale sales in Poland and abroad. In 2019, the company became a distributor of products from the renowned Italian brand Clean-Geartech. The company was established specifically for the needs of the food and chemical industries.
About the promoted products
Clean-Geartech is a recognized company that specializes in the production of stainless steel gears and motors and in hygienic design. These products are intended for the food and chemical industries. Stainless and hygienic gears and engines are used wherever a high level of cleanliness and hygiene is required.
Gears
The offer includes three series of gears. Series I is the highest series of stainless steel gears recommended for the most demanding applications. It is a gear with a 304 stainless steel body and accessories made of 316L stainless steel, just like in the other series.
The Z series are aluminum gears with a specially treated NTT (NanoTechnology Treatment) surface, which protects the gears against corrosion.
All gears have a degree of tightness IP69K, which allows for washing under high pressure (up to 100 bar) and hot water (up to 80℃)
Engines
Two series of engines are available. The SPM series is a series of stainless steel electric motors designed for the most demanding applications. The APM series are hygienic aluminum electric motors. Both series of engines do not have fins or fans, which allows them to be easily cleaned, does not raise dust and prevents dirt from accumulating in hard-to-reach places. The engines have a high degree of tightness IP69K, so they can be washed under high pressure (up to 100 bar) and hot water (up to 80℃).
