POLAGRA 2026 Officially Open!
During the ceremony, speeches were delivered by Marcin Bilik, President of the Management Board of Grupa MTP, Małgorzata Gromadzka, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, and Grzegorz Wrona, Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of State Assets.
The opening ceremony also brought together representatives of central and regional government, the diplomatic corps, institutions supporting the Polish economy, industry organisations, and the academic community. Among the guests were His Excellency Diamane Diome, Ambassador of the Republic of Senegal, Brigadier General Jan Rajchel, President of the Government Strategic Reserves Agency, Dorota Bocheńska, Chief Inspector of Agricultural and Food Quality, and Jarosław Maciejewski, Deputy Voivode of Greater Poland, as well as representatives of the National Support Centre for Agriculture, the Polish Investment and Trade Agency, and the diplomatic corps.
Members of Parliament, representatives of leading industry organisations and chambers, and members of the academic community were also in attendance. Such broad representation highlighted POLAGRA’s role as a platform for dialogue between business, public administration, academia, and international partners.
The official opening marked the beginning of three days of meetings, business discussions, exhibitor presentations, and debates focused on the key challenges and future directions of the food and HoReCa industries.
